About the Goldscheider Company:

The Goldscheider family, originally from Pilsen, Bohemia, founded the Goldscheider Porcelain Manufactory and Majolica Factory in 1885 in Vienna, Austria. The company quickly gained a reputation for producing high-quality ceramic and terracotta figures, including busts, vases, and other decorative objects. They were known for their innovative designs and the use of vivid colors and detailed craftsmanship, which made their pieces highly collectible.

Relationship with Josef Lorenzl:
