  • What should I do if I want to sell/consign?
    We would recommend you to first send us emails with photographs and all the information related to the pieces you have. You can find our contact details under "Contact" page.
  • Do you do home visits?
    Yes, depending on the distance and services required. However we will always recommend you to send photos through emails first. You must contact us to prior to scheduling home visit appointments via calls, emails or web form.

  • How is shipping cost calculated?
    All shipping cost will appear on the checkout page as a flat rate. However it might vary depending on the size, weight, destination and shape of the items. We will contact you as soon as the package is ready to go, and will adjust the shipping cost accordingly. Customers are welcomed to make arrangements for shipping on your own, you will need to contact us to provide your own shipping label. There is a $15 handling fee charged per order.
  • What happens if my item was described incorrectly?
    Please contact us immediately via calls or emails with your purchase details. We would like to receive photos, and all the detail information related to the authenticity of the items.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not provide return services under most circumstances. Please contact us if you are experiencing issues with your purchase.
  • Can I do an exchange for my purchase?
    Unfortunately we do not provide exchange services of any kind.
